Train With Kim

PERSONAL TRAINING: Personal training sessions are conducted in the privacy of your own home. Kim provides all fitness equipment necessary plus the inspiration, support and education you need to maximize your personal wellness and you accomplish your goals.  Drawing from a wide range of modalities, sessions may involve resistance training, Pilates, Yoga, and HIIT training.

GROUP TRAINING:
In addition to group classes at fitness studios, Kim designs and leads Corporate Fitness classes to bring a healthy dose of movement directly to employees at their place of business. She also works with productions in TV and film to train on location.
